How to permanently delete your Status & Sticker Hub account and leaderboard records

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY & SCOPE

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and Section 24 of the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, this portal allows you to instantly delete your account via our self-service web tool below, inside the Android app, or by submitting an email request.

01. Overview and Commitment

At Status & Sticker Hub, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play User Data Policies and the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, this page provides clear instructions and an automated self-service tool to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data.

You do not need to keep the Application installed on your device to request account and data deletion.

02. What Data Is Stored and Eligible for Deletion

Status & Sticker Hub minimizes cloud data storage. The only data stored on remote servers is associated with the optional Type Master Arcade Minigame account:

03. Method 1: Instant Self-Service Web Deletion (Recommended)

You can execute an immediate, automated cloud purge of your Type Master account and all associated leaderboard scores using our interactive self-service deletion tool below.

Entering your registered email address and account password will authenticate against our secure Firebase backend, remove all score records across EASY, NORMAL, and HARD difficulties, and permanently delete your user authentication profile.

Status & Sticker Hub — Type Master Arcade Minigame

Entering your registered email and password below will immediately authenticate with our cloud backend (testgameapp-f5d7a) and permanently purge your Type Master arcade profile, authentication credentials, and all recorded leaderboard scores across all difficulty tiers (EASY, NORMAL, HARD).

04. Method 2: Instant In-App Deletion

If you still have the Application installed on your Android device:

  1. Open Status & Sticker Hub.
  2. Navigate to the Minigame tab (the game controller icon in the bottom navigation bar).
  3. Tap your Typist Profile chip located at the top-left of the screen.
  4. In the profile dialog, tap Delete Account & Data.
  5. When prompted, enter your account password to confirm ownership.
  6. Tap Permanently Delete.

Result: Your account credentials and all leaderboard scores will be immediately and irreversibly purged from our servers, and your local session will be terminated.

05. Method 3: Manual Email Request (Forgotten Password)

If you cannot remember your account password or are unable to use the automated tool above, you may submit a manual deletion request by email:

  1. Send an email to: odoijethro21@gmail.com
  2. Use the Subject line: Account Deletion Request - Status & Sticker Hub
  3. Include the following details in your message:
  • The email address associated with your Type Master account.
  • Your in-game handle / display name (if known).
  • A clear statement confirming that you request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated leaderboard scores.

#### Verification and Processing:

  • Verification: To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we will send a confirmation link or verification code to the registered email address.
  • Processing Timeline: Once identity is confirmed, your account and all associated records will be permanently deleted within 30 business days.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.

06. Summary of Data Retention Following Deletion

  • Deleted Immediately / Upon Request: All authentication records, email addresses, usernames, and leaderboard score entries.
  • Retained Data: None. We do not retain any residual personal data or backups following account deletion.
  • Legal Retention Exceptions: Because Status & Sticker Hub is a free application with zero financial transactions or legal retention mandates, no personal data is retained after deletion.
